Indoor Booths located within the Sunnyview Expo center will be strictly limited to 85 booths and sold on a first-come first-served basis. Please review the floor plan and select what you would like more information on.

Outdoor Bulk Space

Bulk space is located throughout the DeerFest event grounds. For rates and location information contact DeerFest at: info@deerfest.com.

Payment and Refund Policy

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve booth space. Balance in full is required by June 1, 2010 to secure your location(s). All booths not paid in full by June 1, 2010 may be reassigned by show management. Due to the limited number of booths available all deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made to show management in writing. Cancellations prior to June 1, 2010 will lose their $250 deposit. All cancellations after June 1, 2010 will lose the full amount paid.
