2012 Booth Rates
Booths located within the Sunnyview Expo Building will be strictly limited to 100 booths with 2011 booth holders having the first option to renew. Remaining booths will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. Please review floor plan.

Payment and Refund Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve booth space. Balance in full is required by July 1, 2012 to secure your location(s). All booths not paid in full by July 1, 2012 may be reassigned by show management. Due to the limited number of booths available all deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made to show management in writing. All cancellations prior to July 1, 2012 will lose their deposit. All cancellations after July 1, 2011 will lose the full amount paid.
