DeerFest To Host NASP

DeerFest has teamed up with the Wisconsin DNR to host a National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) shoot at this year’s DeerFest event.

The NASP/DeerFest event will be promoted to all Wisconsin schools encouraging students to attend DeerFest and become more involved in the sport of archery and bowhunting.  Research has shown that over 50% of the students introduced to NASP are interested in other forms of archery and bowhunting.

DeerFest and NASP will offer young archers everything needed to become more involved in the sport of archery and bowhunting.  Bows, arrows and targets all are supplied and unlimited shooting is FREE!

Wisconsin became the 23rd state to offer the NASP program during school hours and currently has over 270 schools participating.  Recent NASP tournaments have attracted over 6,000 shooters.

DeerFest offers FREE admission to all children 12 and under with a paid adult admission.  Bring your kids to DeerFest and introduce them to archery through NASP!
