DeerFest 2011 To Offer Three Different Booth Options

Indoor Booths: Indoor booths located within the Sunnyview Expo Building were SOLD-OUT in 2010. Past exhibitors have first chance to renew indoor booths in 2011 by the March 25th deadline. New vendors wishing to exhibit inside the expo building can be placed on a first-come—first-served waiting list by completing the Booth and Application form and returning it with the proper booth deposit.

New Pavilion: DeerFest will feature a new pavilion at the 2011 event. This pavilion will be constructed on the event grounds located immediately outside the main entrance to the expo building. This pavilion will be similar to “PGA-Style” tents and house up to 60- 10 x 10 booths. The pavilion will be complete with side-walls and doors and will feature 24-hour security. Booths located within this new pavilion will feature all of the same amenities (pipe & drape, tables, chairs, and name placard) as those located within the expo building.

Bulk Outdoor Space: DeerFest will again offer bulk outdoor space for vendors who wish to have a larger booths/exhibit on the event grounds. A minimum of 1,000 Sq. feet is required and locations on the event grounds are on a first-come first serve basis. Exhibitors may bring their own tents, canopies, structures etc for their outdoor space, or they can be provided by DeerFest. Call 715-445-3951 for pricing and location details.
